My wife, Wendy, suffered a fall whilst on holiday in the Canary Islands in 2018. She suffered a traumatic brain injury and fractured her spine. Natasha Wilde was hand-picked by our solicitors, Irwin Mitchell, as the Case Manager. She selected and fronted the chosen therapy team to aid and speed up Wendy's recovery. Throughout the obvious heartache and stress that an accident like this causes, Natasha has been the calming, reassuring point of contact for us. Covid put a dent in Wendy's recovery, but Natasha was prompt in arranging therapy via video links. Therapy has been challenging for Wendy. The intrusion into her mind and our home by many specialists and support staff has been very draining. However, Natasha has remained the ultimate professional. She is caring, a great listener, funny and effervescent. A beacon of positivity when all seemed lost.
